At A2Z Mart, we strive for your complete satisfaction. If you are not entirely happy with your purchase, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Request

  Log into your A2Z Mart account, navigate to your order history, and select the 'Return Item' button next to the product you wish to send back.

  Prepare Package

  Securely pack the item in its original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and any included accessories or manuals are placed inside the box.

• 3.
  Ship Items

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your email to the outside of the package and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
